Setup is complicated but once done, you have very detailed control throughout your operations.
-
Pros
Strong security, very granular control. Controls in all departments let you fine tune operations.
-
Cons
Does not play well with others, better but still limited and there are fees. Still a lot of old UCS red tape, they are working to improve that, but some is built in.

I feel like they could be more reasonably priced but at the same time hearing other feedback from other DMS systems, I do feel they have a good product (at least on the ends in which I use the system in the office)
-
Pros
pro - ease of use (if you know the system, I trained myself for the most part as I started on blue screen, so cannot speak for that aspect of a non dms user)
-
Cons
con - price, could be a little more reasonable i feel compared to pricing of other systems
